Baihe Clothing Industrial Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orient International Enterprise with a registered capital of RMB 16.73 million, is a manufacturing-based exporting company consisting of sales and product sections. The sales section, with an annual exporting volume of USD 30 million, promotes products manufactured by either its own factory or outside factory. It has ample experience in international trading, documentation and accounting. The product section is located in Baihe Town of Qingpu District where is 45 minute away from downtown Shanghai. The main products are various kinds of jackets and outwears including waterproof ski wear of which the sales section delivers 500 thousand pieces per month to U.S. and E.U. The sections is franchised by brand names like COLUMBIA SPORTSWEAR，LONDONFOG，TOMMY HILFIGER，JONES NEW YORK and AMERICAN EAGLE from U.S. and RIFLE，REPLAY and MISS SIXTY from E.U. The 45-acre factory consists of a 10000-square-meter building and a1200-square-meter 4-story workshop and other affiliated tower. It owns 12assembly lines and 490 high speed sewing machines. The factory contains 4sewing workshops each of which has 3 lines and 120 machines, 1 cutting workshop with 4 cutting boards (16m * 1 .52m), 1 sampling workshop with CAD system, 1 pressing workshop with 6 seal machines, 2 lapel pressing machines and 2 seamless waterproof zip pressing machines.
