Shaoxing High Sun Apparel & Textiles Co., Ltd.(HISAT in brief) is an exclusive investment factory of Orient International(Holding) Co., Ltd. and belongs to Shanghai Textiles Import & Export Co., Ltd.. With totally USD 10.85 million registered capital, HISAT is an import-export authorized productive enterprise which consists of Trading Dept., Production Dept. & Management Dept. It is located in Paojiang Industrial Zone of Shaoxing and near to Shanghai-Hangzhou-Shaoxing Express way. With easy access to transportation facilities, it only takes 2 hours from Shanghai to HISAT. HISAT has a monthly capacity of 4.5 millon meters for high-grade cotton & ramie series of bleached, dyed and printed fabrics and more than USD 25 million export value annually. Most of our products are exported to Europe, USA, Japan, Southeast Asia and many other places. The main customers include CK, GAP, JC PENNY, LIZCLAIBORNE, POLO, PUMA, TARGET, etc.. HISAT has an area of 85,000 square meters including 2 primary production workshops(25,900 square meters for each building), 2 subsidiary production workshops with four floors(18,900 square meters for each building ) and some other auxiliary buildings. There are 6 Production workshops in HISAT with 3 lines of scouring & bleaching complex, 3 lines of dyeing complex and 4 lines of printing complex. Our factory is equiped with German OSTHOFF singeing machines which stand for the highest level of the printing and dyeing textile equipments in the world, besides, there are HUANGSHI mercerizing machines, REDFLAG desizing scouring & bleaching complex machines, German KUSTERS homogeneous padders, Netherlandish STORK rotary screen printing machines, Italian ARIOLL steaming machines, CARU peach machines, German RAMISII calendaring machines, MONFORTS shrinkage machines, and SHANGHAI heat setting & stentering machines, all of which provide good conditions for producing high quality fabrics. There are approximately 500 workers in HISAT and most of them are professional staff with rich experience in producing and marketing high quality fabrics.
